Terms of use and sale
The rules for using CV Ajuste and for the sale of passes. Written to be read.
This translation is provided for your convenience; in the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

1. Scope
These terms form an agreement between you and LDC LMT DIGITAL CREATIONS (“we”), publisher of CV Ajuste (details in the legal notice). They apply as soon as you use the service and, as regards sales, to every purchase of a pass.
2. The service
CV Ajuste helps you prepare a CV and a cover letter tailored to a job offer. You import your CV or answer a few questions, paste a job offer, and the service shows you what the offer asks for, asks you about what is missing, then writes your documents using an artificial intelligence model. You can edit them, choose a layout template and download them as PDF and Word files.
Creating your documents and viewing them in full preview are free. Downloading the files requires a pass.
CV Ajuste writes from the information you provide or confirm and adds no facts of its own. The texts it offers remain suggestions: review your documents before sending them. CV Ajuste does not guarantee that you will get an interview or a job.
3. Passes, prices and payment
- 7-day pass: £9.90 in the United Kingdom, €9.90 elsewhere, incl. VAT, paid once.
- 30-day pass: £14.90 in the United Kingdom, €14.90 elsewhere, incl. VAT, paid once.
A pass never renews: there is no subscription and nothing to cancel. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of purchase. We may change our prices at any time, with no effect on passes already purchased.
Payments are handled by Stripe: your pass is sold through Link, Stripe’s merchant of record, which collects the payment and VAT and sends you receipts and invoices. Link’s terms also apply to the payment itself. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, depending on what the checkout page offers.
4. Pass duration
The pass starts as soon as payment is confirmed and lasts 7 or 30 days. During that period, you can create, edit, download and share by link as many CVs and letters as you like, for as many job offers as you like, subject to acceptable use (section 9).
A share link is a private, unguessable address hosted on cvajuste.com that displays your document to anyone you send it to. It stays active after the pass ends, until you deactivate it or delete the document.
When the pass ends, files you have already downloaded remain yours and your documents can still be viewed in your space. Downloading new files or creating new links requires a new pass.
5. Right of withdrawal and refunds
The pass gives access to digital content and a digital service supplied immediately. When paying, you request this immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
Money-back guarantee. Beyond what the law requires, we will refund your pass in full if you ask within 14 days of purchase, with no need to give a reason. Write to info@cvajuste.com from the email address used for the purchase. The refund is made to the original payment method within 14 days and ends the pass.
6. Legal guarantee of conformity
As a consumer, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services provided for in Articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. If the service does not work as described, write to us: we will bring it into conformity or, failing that, refund you.
7. Your account
You can start without creating an account: an anonymous session keeps your documents in your browser. To find them on another device or later on, you link an email address (you receive a sign-in link, with no password) or a Google account.
The service is open to people aged 16 and over. One account is for one person. Protect access to your email: you are responsible for what happens under your account.
8. Your content and your documents
Your career history, the job offers you paste and the documents you create remain yours. You authorise us to store and process them solely to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy. We do not use them for anything else and we do not sell them.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and confirm. The CVs and letters you download belong to you: you may use them freely, without any mention of CV Ajuste.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use CV Ajuste to create fake qualifications, fake work experience or documents in another person’s name without their consent. Do not attempt to access other people’s data, disrupt the service, test or circumvent its security, scrape it or use it in an automated or large-scale way, for example to resell documents.
10. Availability
We do our best to keep the service available and your data secure. Maintenance may cause short interruptions. If an outage prevents you from using a significant part of your pass, write to us: we will extend your pass or refund you.
11. Liability
We are liable for damage caused by a breach of our obligations, under the conditions laid down by law. We are not liable for the use you make of your documents, for recruiters’ decisions, or for inaccurate information you have provided or confirmed.
12. Closing your account
You can stop using CV Ajuste at any time and delete your account yourself from the app, or ask us to do so at info@cvajuste.com. Deletion erases your career history, job offers and documents; it ends any current pass, with no refund beyond the guarantee in section 5.
We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms, after a warning except in an emergency. If we discontinue the service, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice and refund the unused portion of any current pass.
13. Intellectual property
The software, layout templates, design, website text and the CV Ajuste brand belong to us. You have a personal, non-exclusive right to use the service. The documents you create remain yours (section 8).
14. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The terms that apply to a purchase are those in force at the time of that purchase. If there is a significant change, we notify account holders by email at least 15 days before it takes effect.
15. Mediation, governing law and disputes
If there is a problem, please write to us first at info@cvajuste.com: we will look for an amicable solution.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator we are registered with: CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France, tel. +33 1 89 47 00 14, cm2c.net/declarer-un-litige.php, litiges@cm2c.net.
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of mandatory rules and access to the courts of your country of residence.
